Frost-proof handwork from Tuscany! Each pot is unique. The colors can sometimes be lighter and sometimes darker.

Free water drainage is essential for frost resistance. To do this, please fill a layer of drainage in the pot before it is filled with soil. In addition, you then put the vessel on feet so that it has a small distance to the ground. All of our vessels have a sufficiently large drainage hole in the bottom. We also recommend our impregnation, which you can get here in our shop. The impregnation extends the life of the pot and prevents excessive greening. Please note the application instructions on the bottle.

Terracotta is a very durable and resilient material that will give you many years of pleasure. The fired material is more or less porous. Outdoors, the prevailing weather influences change this porous surface over time. It may bloom whitish and/or turn green. If this patina is not desired, our terracotta can be easily cleaned.
